                  Vendors - Happy New Year!

Welcome to 2012, hope you enjoyed your new year celebrations. David Short and I are working on the food and equipment show booths this year. Attached you will find the application that needs to be filled out for each vendor and sent back via fax or email. David and I will place you in a booth this year, so it is really important that you follow the instructions and get us your application and payment ASAP.

I have attached the application packet. Fill out the form There is a credit card form attached or you can pay via company check make sure your contact name is on it

    Please send in your payment before February 28th. Keep in mind, we need payment before you have access to your booth.

    Guidelines for Friday Night Fun Night

    You will have a time slot for you to host your hospitality rooms from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The buffet will be open between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. At the conclusion of the hospitality time slot. We want to invite you to come have a buffet dinner meet your clients and dance the nights away.

    This is a great event and look forward to your support.

    Program Book ADS

    Please help support our printing of the program that all members receive with an AD, prices are also included in the application attached. You will need to send me your AD electronically by February 1st.

    Travel

    We are located about 1 hour South from Portland on I-5 or 1 hours North of Eugene. If you have folks flying in you can have them fly into either Portland or Eugene, both airports are about the same driving time, Eugene may be easier because of less traffic and a smaller airport with good connections.

    Parking

    Regular car parking is located under the hotel and is free. Delivery truck overnight parking is located in a small area of the Conference Center on Liberty Street side, when you check in with me for your booth, please ask about this parking. By the way, it's free as well.

    Hotel

    Please plan on booking your lodging at the The Grand Hotel, which is connected to the Conference Center and please mention OSNA to get the rates and help the association meet their lodging goals.
